At Stanwells, we strive to dispatch your orders promptly, securely and efficiently. 

Orders are processed within 1 business day after payment has been successfully received. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day. During promotional periods or holidays, processing times may be slightly differ. 

Delivery

All parcels are packed, and are dispatched through Royal Mail on a 48 hour tracked and signed-for service. You will receive email or text notification of when your order has been dispatched and of the shipment progress. Orders will take approx 2-3 days from when they are dispatched. Delivery dates and times are estimated and are not guaranteed due to factors beyond our control. 

Please note: due to airline restrictions, we are unable to send perfumes, cosmetics and candles outside of the UK.

Europe & Rest of the World (On request) : £75.00

Delivery outside the UK may be subject to local import taxes, which are the purchaser's responsibility where they apply.

 

Click & Collect

We offer free Click & Collect service at our Lymington Store. Once you have placed your order we will have your item ready for collection the day after purchase.

Customs & Import Charges

Delivery outside the UK may be subject to local import taxes, which are the purchaser's responsibility.

If so, the shipping company will contact you by email once your items are in customs to let you know the cost.  This may delay your delivery time; it is your responsibility to pay the necessary charges for local authorities to release your goods. Please be aware: if you choose not to pay the import taxes, we reserve the right to charge any additional costs and you will not be refunded should the goods be returned to us by the courier.
