As a multi-channel retailer, we appreciate how important it is to get your order delivered to you as soon as possible.
Our staff may have to fly around to hand-pick your items from our stores if items are sold out in our warehouse. If your order is going to take a little longer to dispatch we will notify you straight away via the email address you provide when ordering.
We deliver to many places including the UK, Europe, North America and other selected international destinations.
As we offer the option for purchases made at Stanwells.com to be delivered to addresses other than the billing address given by the card holder, certain security checks may be performed prior to dispatching your order as a precaution. We require a signature upon delivery for all goods shipped.
You will be emailed confirmation of your parcel being sent and, where appropriate, this will contain a tracking number.

Customs & Import Charges
Delivery outside the UK may be subject to local import taxes, which are your responsibility where they apply.
If so, the shipping company will contact you by telephone once your items are in customs to let you know the cost. This may delay your delivery time; it is your responsibility to pay the necessary charges for local authorities to release your goods. Please be aware if you choose not to pay to the import taxes we reserve the right to charge any additional costs incurred to Stanwells to you.
THE EASY GUIDE TO RETURNS:
1. If you would like to make a return, please email firstname.lastname@example.org within 14 days of your order to request a returns number. You will need to make it clear in your email whether you require an exchange, credit note or refund.
2. Complete the provided returns form and place item in the original packaging with all labels attached. Footwear must be returned in its box.
3. If we are offering free returns, we will then book your return for you and organise collection with our courier.
4. Returns are made at the expense of the customer. Successful returns will be credited on receipt of your return.
Any items returned without prior notice in writing may not be accepted.
We will refund the purchase price to you within 30 days of the cancellation notice but we reserve the right to charge a restocking fee and any other costs we incur in connection with the return of the Goods.
Items should be returned new, unused, and with all garment tags still attached. Returns that are damaged or soiled may not be accepted and may be sent back to the customer. All shoes should be tried on a carpeted surface before wear. Items should be returned in their original packaging to ensure they are adequately protected in transit. Shoe boxes should also be protected as they are considered part of the product, and your return may not be accepted if the box is damaged.
You must take reasonable care of all Goods in your possession and return them to us, appropriately packaged to avoid damage, within 7 days from the cancellation date. We reserve the right to arrange collection, in which case you will be responsible for collection charges.
In the case of Goods which are made and supplied to your specification or which have been personalised for you, you will not have the right to cancel the Contract.
