Born in Nancy, France in 1974 Jerome Dreyfuss has always had a calling for fashion, with first starting off his career with making clothes for his schoolmates. Jerome moved to Paris at the age of 17 to study fashion, but left his studies just after three months due to the feeling of studying fashion as if it was a law degree. He then went on to hone his craft for to years with British fashion designer John Galliano.
Founding his brand in 2002, Jerome launched with a collection of women's accessories. Inspired to create simple but elegant pieces using only the finest leather and materials, his collection Root de Luxe became an instant hit particularly with Parisian woman.
Jerome is married to the iconic Parisian fashion designer Isabel Marant, so fashion is really a family business.
