Security Policy
We have an effective security policy that is reviewed regularly. Please note that our website https://www.stanwells.co.uk is totally secure. All debit and credit card details given to us by you (the "Customer") are done so on a secure server using Protx. Transfer of the purchase details between our site and Protx are encapsulated using the Protx encrypted and digitally-signed protocol. This uses a combination of standard methods such as PGP, RSA and MD5 to ensure that information passed is secure and tamper-proof. We do not store any of our customers' details online.
Prices
Orders are subject to acceptance by the company and to availability of goods and will be invoiced at prices ruling at the time of acceptance. All prices include VAT where applicable. The Vat number of Stanwells Limited is 750 3356 49.
Payment
Customers will be required to pay in advance of delivery by debit or credit card for goods ordered by them.
Delivery
Provided that goods are in stock, orders are usually delivered to addresses in mainland UK within 3 working days and to addresses outside mainland UK with 5-6 working days. See General Information for delivery charges. Customers are responsible to ensure that suitable arrangements are made for their orders to be received at their stipulated address.
Claims
Claims can only be made through Stanwells: email returns@stanwells.co.uk Any claim in respect of missing or damaged goods must be notified to Stanwells returns department within 24 hours of the delivery. This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer. No credit or refund will be given for any goods ordered in error by the customer. No credit or refund will be given for any losses due to incorrect storage or handling by the customer of goods supplied by Stanwells.
Complaints
We really want all our customers to be pleased with our products and services.
If you are not satisfied with any product or service provided by Stanwells please feel free to contact Stanwells on email returns@stanwells.co.uk and we will endeavour to resolve any complaint as soon as possible. If any goods are found to be faulty or different from those ordered by the customer, the company will offer a replacement or refund at the discretion of the company’s management; this will be done within seven days of agreeing to give the replacement or refund. Any mistakes in bills, receipts or payments will be rectified as soon as possible and within seven days of agreeing to do so. All goods offered by the company are guaranteed to comply with statutory requirements. However, the company cannot accept responsibility where goods supplied are subject to processing or repackaging by the customer.
Returns
Unsuitable items may be refunded or exchanged by e-mailing returns@stanwells.co.uk with in 7 days of receipt. Please include your original receipt in the returned parcel. Any items which are not accompanied by an original receipt will not be accepted.

The product you return must be in new, unused, and unworn condition with all the original packaging and garment tags still attached. We do not accept any item with any indication that it was used. In such cases, the item will be returned to the purchaser.
If you wish to receive a refund we will re-credit the original purchaser’s credit or debit card for the sum paid less the postal costs. Please allow three working days from our receipt of the returned goods for a refund to be processed. You will receive a confirmation e-mail once the transaction has been completed. Please allow up to 10 working days for the funds to be reflect on your account.
Its is advisable to send returned items by registered post and keep your proof of postage certificate, as we cannot be responsible for goods lost or damaged in transit. Please note that postal costs for returned goods are the customer’s responsibility and will be reimbursed by us only in the case of damaged, faulty or incorrectly supplied goods.
